We're all friends here
First and foremost, this is a friendly place to work. You'll always feel you're part of a team and you can rely on everyone around you for support. We're (rightly) proud of the idea of 'being in it together', it's a sentiment that exists in every part of our business, and if you need to talk to your manager or anyone at KFC, you can.
Maybe it's because so many people start out as Team Members at KFC, but there's a strong bond between the restaurants and the management staff who support them. Everybody's suggestions and questions are valued.
There's work… and there's play!
Work is only one part of the job. We enjoy the time we spend together and there are plenty of social times. We organise all sorts of events for out team members, and many of our teams have their own fun traditions too such as summer parties and fun days.
We're big on health and happiness
The wellbeing of our employees is very important to us. We make sure everyone who works with us is healthy and happy both at work and at home. In autumn 2011 we introduced our brand new Wellbeing Programme. It's run alongside external partners who evaluate the levels of health and wellbeing of our staff.
