How Do You Make Your Gravy?

We make our gravy the old-fashioned way.

There’s really only one way to make gravy and that’s by using the pure concentrated flavours left over from cooking the chicken, mixed with other ingredients.


Are your halal chickens stunned before slaughter?

Yes, all of our halal chicken is stunned before slaughter. As with all of our chicken, slaughter is humane.

Not at all. We believe in providing education and training for all of our staff to help them develop new skills and achieve their personal potential.

How often are your customer toilets cleaned?

Our toilet facilities are checked at least four times a day and cleaned as required.

Do you use palm oil?

No. We stopped frying in palm oil in April 2011. Since February 2015, all KFC branded products have been palm oil free.

HOW DOES THE COLONEL’S CLUB WORK?

The Colonel’s Club is really easy! You can get started by registering your Colonel’s Club Card at kfc.co.uk/terms-conditions or downloading the Colonel’s Club App.

Start collecting stamps right away for free food and drink rewards, plus exclusive offers from KFC.

Every time you visit a participating KFC restaurant and spend over £3 in the UK or €5 in Ireland you will get another stamp (and as a cheeky reward, when you spend over £15 in the UK or €22 in Ireland in a single purchase The Colonel will give you an additional stamp).

WHAT ARE THE REWARD LEVELS?

The Colonel’s Club has three simple levels of rewards; 3, 7, and 11. Each time you earn these stamp milestones you will be rewarded with a free KFC item.

When you earn 11 stamps The Colonel will give you £5 off your order in the UK or €7 off your order in Ireland, yes that’s right you can have anything on the KFC menu and you will get £5 off in the UK or €7 off in Ireland - now that is generous!


IS THE COLONEL’S CLUB AVAILABLE IN ALL UK AND IRISH RESTAURANTS?

The Colonel’s Club is available in participating restaurants in the UK and Ireland.

Ask in store when you visit to find out whether you are in a participating restaurant.


CAN I TRACK MY PROGRESS AND SEE HOW MANY STAMPS I NEED TO GET FOR MY NEXT REWARD?

Absolutely, when you download the Colonel’s Club App you can count your chickens to see your rewards progress.

HOW SOON WILL I BE ABLE TO SEE THE STAMPS I’VE EARNED AFTER USING MY REGISTERED COLONEL’S CLUB CARD?

Your stamp will appear on your account within 24 hours after you have made a qualifying purchase.


DO MY STAMPS EXPIRE?

Yes they do but they last for 12 months.


DO REWARDS EXPIRE?

Yes, three months after you have earned your free reward it will expire if you haven’t used it.

The reward is earned from the date of the qualifying purchase which resulted in the reward, not necessarily the date from which the reward appears on your account.


WILL MY CASHIER TELL ME IF I HAVE A FREE REWARD WAITING FOR ME ON MY COLONEL’S CLUB CARD?

Your cashier won’t notify you if you have a reward waiting, so make sure you open your app, check for email notifications, or check your account online.


CAN I USE MY MOBILE APP TO REDEEM MY FREE REWARD?

Absolutely, your Colonel’s Club App works just the same as your Colonel’s Club Card, just tell the cashier that you want to redeem your free reward and scan the barcode on your mobile device.

If you have a reward loaded on your account it will simply deduct this reward from your account balance.


HOW WILL I KNOW THAT I HAVE A REWARD ON MY COLONEL’S CLUB CARD?

If you have registered your account online and provided your email address we will send you an email to alert you that your reward is waiting so make sure you give us your email address!

You can also count your Chickens on the Colonel’s Club App and online. Remember you only have 3 months to use your reward.


CAN I EARN MORE THAN ONE FREE REWARD BEFORE I REDEEM?

Yes you can, you will continue to earn rewards for every 3rd, 7th and 11th stamp, remember your rewards stay on your account for a maximum of 3 months or until you use them.

There is no limit to the number of rewards you can have in your account but don’t let them expire, why waste free KFC?


CAN I REDEEM MULTIPLE REWARDS AT THE SAME TIME?

Yes, you can redeem all 3 rewards from your 3rd, 7th and 11th stamps in one transaction, but you cannot redeem more than one reward from each of the reward levels at the same time.

So you cannot have 2 sides or 2 snacks at the same time for example.


IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY FREE REWARDS I CAN HAVE AT ANY GIVEN TIME?

No you can have as many free rewards as you are eligible for, but remember they expire after 3 months.


DO I GET TO CHOOSE WHEN I USE MY FREE REWARD?

Yes you do, but it does need to be 24 hours or more after you have made your qualifying visit.

Remember our cashiers won’t prompt you; you need to let them know that you wish to use up your free reward prior to completing your order.


I DIDN’T USE MY REWARD AND IT EXPIRED, DO YOU HAVE EXPIRATION DATES ON REWARDS?

Yes you have 3 months to use your free reward.

You can check your reward balance and expiration dates on the Colonel’s Club App or online.


WILL I GET LOADS OF EMAILS FROM THE COLONEL’S CLUB IF I PROVIDE MY EMAIL ADDRESS?

We need to know a little bit about you, including your email address.

We will send you information about your rewards, exclusive offers and other Colonel’s Club associated information, but we won’t send you this information if you choose to opt out.


WILL YOU SHARE MY DETAILS WITH ANYBODY ELSE?

Don't worry, we take your privacy seriously and won't share your information with anyone else.


CAN I REDEEM MY FREE REWARD AT ANY RESTAURANT?

You can redeem your free reward in participating restaurants.

Please ask in restaurant if that particular restaurant is participating.


WILL MY COLONEL’S CLUB REWARDS BE RECOGNISED AT ALL KFC RESTAURANTS?

Rewards will be recognised at participating restaurants.

CAN I USE MY COLONEL’S CLUB CARD OR APP INTERNATIONALLY?

Unfortunately, for now, The Colonel is only rewarding his customers in the UK and Ireland so you can’t use your card abroad – aren’t we lucky!


DO I NEED TO REGISTER MY COLONEL’S CLUB CARD TO REDEEM MY FREE REWARDS?

Yes absolutely!

By registering your card you’ll also be able to access lots of cool features on the Colonel’s Club App as well as receiving exclusive offers too!


HOW MANY COLONEL’S CLUB CARDS CAN I REGISTER TO MY ACCOUNT?

The Colonel wants you to get the tasty rewards as soon as possible, so he’ll allow you to register 2 cards per account.

This means that if you have lost your card then you can pick up a new one from a participating restaurant and add it to your account by using the Colonel’s Club App or by visiting the website.


WHAT IF MY BALANCE DOESN’T LOOK RIGHT? WHO CAN I CONTACT TO SORT IT OUT?

I FORGOT TO BRING MY COLONEL’S CLUB CARD AND MY MOBILE DEVICE BUT I SPENT OVER £3 – CAN I CLAIM MY STAMP RETROSPECTIVELY?

It is possible to earn stamps retrospectively [within 7 days] of the relevant purchase by accessing your online account.

Please ensure that you retain your till receipt for this purpose. For more information please go to https://order.kfc.co.uk/uk/colonelsclub. Valid stamps will be added to your account within 14 days of your request.


DO YOU OFFER A STUDENT DISCOUNT?

We sure do! We have partnered with Student Beans, an online offers hub for students, to offer a free Mini Fillet Burger or Krushem when you spend £3 or more in a single transaction.

You will need to have registered with Student Beans and have a valid Student Beans iD to take advantage of this discount. If you do not have a Student Beans iD you can register at www.studentbeans.com/go/kfc

You will also need to have a Colonel’s Club account and have registered your Student Beans iD with your Colonel's Club account. To do this simply go to the 'My Account' section of the Colonel's Club website or App and enter your Student Beans iD. Verification may take up to 24 hours. Once your Student Beans iD has been verified, to claim your student discount, a valid Colonel’s Club barcode (from a Card or the App) must be presented at the till point of a participating restaurant and scanned during a purchase.

This cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers including Colonel's Club offers or the Colonel's Club '£5 off' reward.


I WORK FOR KFC, WHAT BENEFIT CAN I GET FROM THE COLONEL’S CLUB?

You’ll be glad to know that there is a benefit for all the UK and Ireland KFC employees!

WHAT’S THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF STAMPS I CAN GET IN ONE DAY?

You can get 1 stamp every time you spend £3 in the UK or €5 in Ireland or more and as a special treat for spending over £15 in the UK or €22 in Ireland in a single purchase we’ll give you a bonus stamp.

The Colonel can only reward you for one transaction per day (we have to leave enough chicken for other people too!). This means that the maximum number of stamps you can earn in one day is 2; i.e. on any order over £15 in the UK or over €22 in Ireland.


I’VE LOST MY CARD – WHAT SHOULD I DO?

As long as you have registered your card and created an account, your stamps are safe!

Just pop in to your local participating restaurant and pick up another card and be sure to add this card to your account online or on the Colonel’s Club App. If you have a maximum of 2 cards added to your account then email with your new card number and they will delete any lost cards connected to your account.


I DON’T LIKE ANY OF THE FREE REWARDS – CAN I HAVE SOMETHING ELSE?

Unfortunately not; there are lots of tasty rewards available though and when you get your 11th stamp you can take £5 off whatever you want in the UK or €7 off whatever you want in Ireland!


I’VE EARNED A REGULAR SIDE BUT I WANT A LARGE – CAN I REDEEM MY REWARD AND JUST PAY THE EXTRA?

Afraid not, you can only choose from the list.


CAN I USE MY REWARDS OR OFFERS IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANY LOCAL RESTAURANT MARKETING OFFER OR ANY OTHER DISCOUNTS?

Unfortunately not; these are all to be enjoyed separately.


MY PHONE IS OFFLINE – CAN I STILL COLLECT & REDEEM REWARDS?

You can still scan and earn stamps, but unfortunately you can’t redeem your free reward this time – sorry!


Does my local restaurant offer delivery?

You can find out if restaurants local to you deliver by entering your address or postcode during the ordering process.

We are currently trialling delivery with a limited number of participating restaurants. If your area is not covered by the trial, then please check back later to see if it has been added, or let us know if you would like delivery in your area by registering your interest here.

Is there a distance restriction on how far a restaurant will deliver?

To ensure that you get fresh, hot food in the quickest time possible, we restrict delivery to a maximum 8 minute driving time from the restaurant.

You may be offered a choice of restaurant if more than one local restaurant is in range and offers delivery.


What are your delivery hours?

This varies from restaurant to restaurant.

You can find out if restaurants local to you deliver, and what their delivery hours are, by entering your address or postcode during the ordering process.


Are there any restrictions on the size of my order?

Your order must be between £9.99 and £70 (not including delivery or charges). This ensures that your order can be delivered on a single bike.

If your order comes to more than the maximum, please divide it into more than one order.


Are there items on the menu that I can't order?

There are some items on our menu which are not currently included in delivery.

These items will be indicated during the ordering process.


How do I know if my order contains allergens?

You can see all Nutritional and Allergen information displayed for each product when you choose it from the menu.


Is the food I've ordered Halal?

KFC restaurants that prepare Halal food can be found on the 'Find Us' page

We cannot currently guarantee that your order will remain Halal during the delivery process. At present, our delivery service is not HFA certified.


Are the prices the same as in the restaurants?

Prices vary between restaurants. Delivery prices may be higher than restaurant prices.


How is the food packaged?

When we pack your food for delivery, we take great care to ensure it reaches you in the same condition you would typically enjoy it in our restaurants.


Can I place orders in advance?

You cannot currently place advance orders, but we are hoping to introduce this service in the future.


Can I collect my online order?

You cannot currently collect your order from a restaurant, but we are hoping to introduce this service in the future.


Can I order from my Colonel's Club app?

You cannot currently order from within the Colonel's Club App, but we are hoping to introduce this service in the future.

You can place your order through our website or mobile site and still collect your Stamps for that order.


Can I collect Stamps with my order?

Yes. If you have joined the Colonel's Club, you can start to collect Stamps with every purchase over £3. The more Stamps you collect, the bigger the rewards!


Can I use my Stamps when ordering online?

Yes. You can redeem your Stamps when you place an order online by signing in to the Colonel's Club.

You get a free side with three Stamps, a free snack with five Stamps, and £5 off any order with 11 Stamps. The more Stamps you have, the bigger the rewards!


How do I pay for my order?

You will need to pay for your order before we can deliver it. You can do this online using a debit or credit card.


How do I get a VAT invoice?

If you require a VAT receipt for your order, please contact delivery@kfc.co.uk, including your order confirmation email.

We will do our best to get the receipt to you as quickly as possible. This may take up to 28 days during busier periods. All of our prices are inclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes.


What do I do if there is something wrong with my order?

If you have a problem with your order, please contact our Customer Care Team by calling us on 0345 753 2532. We will be happy to help.


What do I do if my order is cancelled?

Your order may be cancelled if there is a problem with your payment or the delivery restaurant is unable to deliver for any reason.

Any payment taken will be refunded within 72 hours, depending on your bank. You don't need to do anything.


Can I cancel my order at any time?

You can cancel at any time before you place your order. Once your order is confirmed and payment has been taken, it can no longer be cancelled.


Can I contact my delivery driver directly?

You can cancel at any time before you place your order. Once your order is confirmed and payment has been taken, it can no longer be cancelled.

You can do this on the Order Status Page which opens when you complete your order online, or via the link in your confirmation email.


What do I do if I don't receive a confirmation email for my order?

You don't need your confirmation email to take receipt of your order.

If you haven't received a confirmation email, please check it hasn't been redirected into your email 'junk' or 'spam' folder.


Can I change my delivery address?

You can change your delivery address at any time before you place your order.

Once your order is confirmed and payment has been taken, your delivery address cannot be changed. Please check that the delivery address is correct before placing your order.


Can I add items to my order if I've already paid?

Once your order is confirmed and payment has been taken, it can no longer be changed. You can place a separate order, but it may not arrive at the same time as your original order.
