Lead automation qa
We want everything that’s built to not only be fit for purpose but work well so we test everything rigorously. We currently use a mix of manual and automation testing but we’re looking to drive more automation across all parts of the business and need the Lead to feel comfortable in helping to change ways of working, as well as be hands on in the testing

Customer Listening Manager

The first step to provide an excellent customer experience starts with listening to our customers, capturing their feedback at every touchpoint to truly understand their needs, what they love about our brand and what they prefer us do differently or improve. So, we’re searching for a Customer Listening Lead who will champion and develop our customer listening (Voice of the Guest) programme.
Apprentice – Administrator (KFC Foundation)
The Foundation is pretty new in the scheme of things and we are excited to grow it. The Foundation is run by a Foundation Manager on a day to day basis on behalf of a board of trustees, they are a group of people who are legally responsible for the management of the Foundation. They are volunteers who believe in the Foundation’s mission and values.
You will be working closely with the Foundation Manager to support with the daily running of the Foundation. Although the Foundation is a charity on its own and separate from KFC you will be welcomed in to the KFC Marketing Team and wider business; working with really motivated, smart and passionate people and teams which will help you develop your corporate know how in an organisation with an amazing culture
Channel Performance Manager
As the E-Commerce Channel Performance Manager, you will be in charge of driving the our Digital Mobile and Web Channels. You will create a test and learn culture and optimise channel performance for both the App and Web through A/B testing. This role will work closely with and report into the On Premise Channel Lead in which you will to develop and evolve the platforms through data-led insight.
The focus of the Area Coach role is to provide transformational leadership and high impact coaching in order to support their team to achieve overall unit performance across four key metrics (People (always first), Guest, Sales and Profit) as well as guest satisfaction. This role will require commercial acumen and the ability to think beyond the core operational elements in order to effectively lead and inspire a team to achieve breakthrough results.
