TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions ("the Terms") apply to the web site www.kfc.co.uk and any other websites run by Kentucky Fried Chicken (Great Britain) Limited ("KFC" and "We" and "Us") (the "Sites"). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms then you should not access the Sites . Access of the Sites by you shall be deemed to be your acceptance of these Terms.

Any prize promotions contained on the Sites shall also be governed by the particular terms and conditions for that prize promotion.

You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms.

ACCESS TO THE SITES

Our Sites are made available free of charge.

You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our Sites.

You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who have access to our Sites through your internet connection are aware of these Terms and all other applicable Terms, and that they comply with them.

INFORMATION ON THE SITES

KFC strives to ensure that the information contained on its Sites is accurate and reliable. However, KFC and the World Wide Web (or Web Site Host) are not infallible and errors may sometimes occur. You should take appropriate steps to verify all information on the Sites before acting upon it. KFC may from time to time revise the information, services and the resources contained in the Sites and reserves the right to make such changes without any obligation to notify past, current or prospective visitors/users. We do not guarantee that our Sites, or any content on them, will be free from errors or omissions.

Unless otherwise stated or the context requires otherwise the Sites relate to the business of KFC in the United Kingdom only.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

This Site contains many of the valuable trademarks owned and used by KFC and its subsidiaries and affiliates throughout the world to distinguish its quality products and services. These trademarks and related proprietary property are protected from copying and simulation under national and international laws and are not to be reproduced or copied without the express written permission of KFC or its relevant subsidiaries and affiliates.

The graphic images, buttons and text contained in the Sites (and the Sites' 'look and feel') are the exclusive property of KFC and, except for personal use, may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any mean, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without the prior written permission of KFC. The content, arrangement and layout of the Sites, including, but not limited to, the trademarks, service marks, package designs, text, and content, are proprietary and are protected from copying, imitation, communication, or simulation under domestic and international laws and are not to be reproduced, communicated, displayed, distributed, or transmitted without the express written permission of KFC.

Any unauthorized use of the materials, structure, sequence, arrangement, or design of the Sites, or trademarks, service marks, or trade dress found within the Sites may violate civil or criminal laws, including, but not limited to, copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.

By visiting the Sites you not acquire or obtain by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use or make additional copies of any materials or information displayed on the Sites.

If you copy or download any part of our Sites in breach of these Terms, your right to use our Sites will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

VIRUSES

We do not guarantee that our Sites will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access our Sites. You should use your own virus protection software.

You must not misuse our Sites by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Sites, the servers on which our Sites are stored or any server, computer or database connected to our Sites. You must not attack our Sites via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our Sites will cease immediately.

LINKING TO OUR SITES

You may link to the home page of www.kfc.co.uk, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.

You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

You must not establish a link to our Sites in any website that is not owned by you.

Our Sites must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of our Sites other than the home page of www.kfc.co.uk

We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

THIRD PARTY LINKS AND RESOURCES IN OUR SITES

The Sites may link to sites which are not maintained or related to KFC. Hypertext links are provided as a service to users and are not sponsored by or affiliated with the Sites or KFC. KFC has not reviewed any of all of the sites hyper-linked to or from the Sites and is not responsible for the content of any other sites. The links are to be accessed at your own risk and KFC makes no representations or warranties about the content, completeness, or accuracy of these links or the sites hyperlinked to the Sites . Further, KFC does not implicitly endorse third-party sites hyperlinked to the Sites . KFC will also not be responsible for the content of any third party advertising or sponsorship that may appear on the Sites nor for compliance of the same with any laws or regulations.

The Sites may also contain references to other company, brand and product names. These company, brand and product names are used herein for identification purposes only and may be the trademarks of their respective owners. The images of people or places displayed, forms, structures, and graphics displayed or found within the Sites are either the property of, or used with permission by KFC. KFC may be, but is not necessarily sponsored by or affiliated with any of the owners of the other company, brand or product name appearing on the Sites, and makes no representations about them, their owners, their products or services. Any use by you of these marks, names and logos may constitute an infringement of the holders' rights.

LIMITATION OF OUR LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

As referred to above, our Sites are made available free of charge. As a consequence by entering the Sites , you acknowledge and agree that the use of the Sites is at your own risk and to the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to our Sites or any content on it, whether express or implied.

We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with: 
Use of, or inability to use, our Sites; Use of or reliance on any content displayed on our Sites. 
If you are a business user, please note that in particular we will not be liable for:
 Loss of profits, sales, business or revenue; 
Business interruption; 
Loss of anticipated savings;
 Loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or
Any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

If you are a consumer user, please note that we only provide our Sites for domestic and private use. You agree not to use our Sites for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of- service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our Sites or to your downloading of any content on it, or on any website linked to it.

We assume no responsibility for the content of websites linked on our Sites. Such links should not be interpreted as endorsement by Us of those linked websites. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Any software is downloaded at your own risk. If you are in any doubt as to the suitability of the software to be downloaded for your computer it is recommended that you obtain specialist advice before downloading it.

SEVERANCE OF TERMS

If any part of these Terms is, at any time, found to be invalid by a court, tribunal or other forum of competent jurisdiction, or otherwise rendered unenforceable, that decision shall not invalidate or void the remainder of these Terms. These Terms shall be deemed amended by modifying or severing such part as necessary to render them valid, legal and enforceable while preserving their intent, or if that is not possible, by substituting another provision that is valid, legal and enforceable that gives equivalent effect to the parties' intent. Any such invalid or unenforceable part or parts shall be severable from these Terms, or the validity of the part(s) in question in any other jurisdiction shall not be affected thereby.

APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and you agree that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute. The Sites are intended for use only by persons who access them from within the UK & Ireland. Goods advertised, displayed or provided on this Sites are available only to residents of (or companies incorporated in) the UK & Ireland. We make no representation that any material contained on this Site is appropriate for any other jurisdiction.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may revise these Terms at any time by amending this page. Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you.

KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN (GREAT BRITAIN) LIMITED

Kentucky Fried Chicken (Great Britain) Limited is offering discounts of selected items to visiting customers (“the Promotion”) of selected KFC restaurants in Wales (“Participating Restaurants”). To qualify for the Promotion a customer must take a picture of the Promotion as displayed (“the Voucher”) and show it to a Cashier in a Participating Restaurant to receive the discount. The Voucher is valid from Monday 2nd September 00:00 until Sunday 9th September 23:59 2018 during a Participating Restaurant’s opening hours. Offer is available in Participating Restaurants only. The Voucher has no cash value. No cash or other alternative will be provided in whole or in part for the Voucher and cannot be combined with any other Kentucky Fried Chicken (Great Britain) Limited offer. We reserve the rights to retract the offered discount at any time during the promotion. Only one Voucher may be used per transaction until expiry. Subject to availability.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR KFC'S COLONEL'S CLUB

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the Kentucky Fried Chicken (Great Britain) Limited (“KFC”, “we” or “us”) Colonel’s Club Card and Colonel’s Club mobile application (the “App”) with KFC and its franchisees. Please read these Terms before registering or using your Colonel’s Club Card or App. By registering and/or using the Colonel’s Club Card or App, you agree to abide by and be bound by the Terms. Please keep a copy of the Terms for reference, though please note that they may be updated from time to time as described below.

WELCOME TO THE COLONEL'S CLUB

1.The Colonel’s Club loyalty scheme for KFC customers is available at selected participating KFC stores. Ask in store when you visit to find out whether you are in a participating restaurant. You can join Colonel’s Club by downloading our App from the Apple App Store or Google Play store.

2.To participate, you must be aged 13 or over and a resident in the UK or Ireland. We may require that you provide us with proof of age documentation before we issue or accept the registration of a Colonel’s Club account.

3.To redeem Rewards and Offers, you must register and create your account online by following the instructions at www.colonelsclub.com or via the App.

4.To register for a Colonel’s Club account, you are required to provide a valid email address and your contact information including your mobile number. Only one Colonel’s Club account can be registered per email address. Please see ‘Your Privacy’ below for details on how we use your personal information.

5.If you are registered in the UK it is possible to collect Stamps and redeem Rewards in Ireland. If you are registered in Ireland it is possible to collect Stamps and redeem Rewards in the UK. It is possible to switch your account from a UK registered account to an Ireland registered account or from an Ireland registered account to a UK registered account by following the instructions at www.colonelsclub.com or via the App.

6.Restaurant menus, location maps and lists of restaurants are UK and Ireland specific and may differ depending on whether your account is UK registered or Ireland registered.

7.Subject to paragraphs 9 and 10 below, Stamps can be collected without registering your Colonel’s Club account by scanning your App or card, but Rewards and Offers can only be claimed after registration.

8.Your Colonel’s Club Card is issued by, and remains the property of KFC. It may only be used in accordance with these Terms in participating restaurants. The Colonel’s Club scheme may be withdrawn at any time.

9.The Colonel’s Club is a KFC loyalty scheme and Cards, Stamps, Rewards and Offers cannot be used as any form of credit, debit, proof of age or identity, or for any other purpose except with KFC’s written consent.

10.Colonel’s Club Cards, Stamps, Rewards and Offers have no redeemable cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged (to other Colonel’s Club members/accounts or otherwise) or used for any other purpose, except as specified in these Terms, or otherwise in writing by KFC. All Cards, Stamps, Rewards and Offers are personal to the account to which they are registered.

COLONEL'S CLUB MOBILE APPLICATION (APP)

1.The App will allow a compatible smartphone to display a barcode which can be used to collect and redeem Stamps.

2.To download the App for iPhone iOS devices, visit Apple APP STORE or GOOGLE PLAY for Android devices and search for ‘Colonel’s Club’ or ‘KFC’. It is not possible to download the App on Windows mobile smartphones.

3.To download the App you must be a resident of the UK or Ireland and aged 13 or over. Downloading the App may incur connection and/or download charges for which you will be responsible. Please contact your service provider for more details and seek the bill payer's consent, if applicable. The App’s functionality will require access to users’ location.

4.The App will include the option to browse through KFC menus. This feature does not include placing or paying for an order and is for your reference only.

YOU CAN CLAIM 2 FREE HOT WINGS WHEN YOU DOWNLOAD THE APP

1.We will give you 3 free Stamps when you download our Colonel’s Club App – that’s enough Stamps to claim 2 free hot wings! All you have to do is register to become a Colonel’s Club member via our App (this offer is not available to customers that become a member via our website at kfc.co.uk).

2.Once you have registered via the App, we will send you an email asking you to verify your email address. We will deliver your 3 free Stamps into your account within 30 minutes of you verifying your email address.

3.You can only redeem this offer once and we reserve the right to refuse to deliver Stamps if we have reason to suspect that fake accounts are being set up to take advantage of the offer.

4.No purchase is necessary. The Stamps given as part of this offer will be subject to the same terms and conditions as set out in the general Terms and Condition for KFC’s Colonel’s Club.

5.KFC reserves the right to withdraw, amended or extend this offer at any time and without notice.

COLLECTING STAMPS

1.You can use your Colonel’s Club Card or App at any participating KFC restaurant (excluding any KFC service station restaurant) to collect Stamps as further described in these Terms.

2.Registering your details at www.colonelsclub.com will get you one free Stamp. Registering via the App will get you three free Stamps.

3.Following registration, a maximum of two Stamps can be collected per customer per day. One Stamp will be awarded when the minimum spend in a single transaction for food and drink purchases totals £3 (UK only) or €5 (Ireland only) or more after the use of any available coupon or discount. Two Stamps (or the second Stamp if one Stamp has already been collected on a previous transaction that day) will only be awarded if the spend in a single transaction is £15 (UK only) or €22 (Ireland only) or more, again after the use of any available coupon or discount.

The following (non-exhaustive) examples illustrate how this works:

Example A: Spends £6 (UK only) or €10 (Ireland only) in a single transaction and collects one Stamp.

Example B: Spends £15 (UK only) or €22 (Ireland only) in a single transaction and collects two Stamps.

Example C: Spends £6 (UK only) or €10 (Ireland only) in a single transaction and collects one Stamp and on the same day spends £12 (UK only) or €20 (Ireland only) in a second single transaction; no additional Stamps are collected.

Example D: Spends £6 (UK only) or €10 (Ireland only) in a single transaction and collects one Stamp and on the same day spends £15 (UK only) or €22 (Ireland only) in a second single transaction; one additional Stamp is collected.

4.To collect Stamps, a valid Colonel’s Club barcode (from a Card or the App) must be presented at the till point of a participating restaurant and scanned during a purchase. Stamps cannot be awarded retrospectively in the restaurant where barcodes have not been presented during the purchase.

5.It is possible to collect Stamps retrospectively within 7 days of the relevant purchase by accessing your online account at www.colonelsclub.com or via the App. You may be required to provide the following information:

a. the date of the transaction;
b. the restaurant in which the transaction took place;
c. the amount of the purchase; and
d. the relevant till receipt number.

Please ensure that you retain your till receipt for this purpose; it will not be possible to award Stamps where the requisite details cannot be provided. This feature is usually available within 24 hours after the relevant purchase has taken place. Valid Stamps will be added to your account within 14 days of your request.

6.You must have registered your account online in order to collect Stamps retrospectively via your online account. It is only possible to collect Stamps retrospectively via your online account up to a maximum of 2 times per month. The date that the Stamp is collected will be the date you enter the details into your online account and not the date of the purchase. If by adding the details from the relevant receipt a Reward is collected, the start date of the Reward will be the date you enter details into your online account and not the date of the purchase. All other conditions in these Terms apply.

7.Any unused or unredeemed Stamps will expire 12 months from the date of the last Stamp being collected. So if no Stamps are collected for a period of 12 months, all Stamps will be lost.

8.Once you have reached a total of 11 Stamps, your balance will reset back to the start of your Stamp journey for you to enjoy another round of Rewards. But your rewards will still be available under ‘My Rewards’ tab in the App.

9.Stamps on your Colonel’s Club account have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Stamps are personal to the individual Colonel’s Club account holder and cannot be pooled with Stamps earned by another individual and/or redeemed together. You cannot sell or transfer Stamps to any other person.

EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT

1.As part of the Colonel’s Club scheme, employees of KFC may be eligible for an employee discount. Employees of KFC should refer to their reporting manager for more information relating to this discount.

STUDENT OFFER

1.As part of the Colonel’s Club scheme eligible students can receive a free 1 piece of Original Recipe snackbox when they spend £3 or more in a single transaction.

2.To benefit from this offer, students must have registered with The Beans Group Limited (“Student Beans”) and have a valid Student Beans iD. Students that are eligible for a Student Beans iD can register for a Student Beans iD at www.studentbeans.com/go/kfc

3.Students also need to have a Colonel’s Club account and must have registered their Student Beans iD with their Colonel’s Club account. To do this students must go to the ‘My Account’ section of the Colonel’s Club website or App and enter their Student Beans iD. Verification may take up to 24 hours.

4.Once the Student Beans iD has been verified, to receive your free Original Recipe snackbox, a valid Colonel’s Club barcode (from a Card or the App) must be presented at the till point of a participating restaurant and scanned during a purchase of other items from the KFC menu.

5.This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts including, but not limited to, Colonel’s Club offers, staff discount or Guest Experience Survey discount. 6.This offer is available in participating KFC restaurants in the UK only; this offer does not apply in Ireland. 7.All other Terms relating to the Colonel’s Club apply.

REWARDS

1.To redeem the Rewards further described in these Terms, a valid Colonel’s Club barcode must be presented at the till point of a KFC participating restaurant (excluding any KFC service station restaurant). 2.Subject to availability a Reward can be claimed after the Colonel’s Club account has collected the valid number of Stamps and the account has updated (usually within 24 hours):

• 3 Stamps = 1 Free Side.
• 7 Stamps = 1 Free Snack.
• 11 Stamps = £5 Off any purchase – no cashback / change for purchases under £5 (UK only).
• 11 Stamps = €7 Off any purchase – no cashback / change for purchases under €7 (Ireland only).

‘ Sides’ are:
• 2 Hot Wings
• Small Popcorn
• Regular Drink (carbonated soft drink & water)
• Sundae
• Regular Side
• Regular Fries
• Regular Hot Beverage

‘Snacks’ are:
• Snackbox
• Regular Popcorn
• Mini Fillet Burger
• Streetwise Wrap
• Kreamball
• 4 hot wings
• Large Side

3.To claim Rewards in participating restaurants you must inform the cashier during a purchase which product offering you would like to redeem (Snack, Side and/or £5 (UK only)/€7 (Ireland only) Off). Rewards cannot be redeemed after the purchase.

4.You will be able to claim each of your Rewards for up to six months from the day each Reward is earned i.e. the date of the qualifying purchase which results in the Reward, not necessarily the date from which the Reward appears on your account. If a Reward is not claimed within six months, it will be lost.

5.KFC reserves the right at any time and in its discretion (taking into account product availability and other factors) to change the Reward options set out above.

6.The £5 Off (UK only) or €7 Off (Ireland only) Reward may not be redeemed in conjunction with any other discount (including, but not limited to, the use of ‘Chicken Bucks’, ‘Chicken Cheques’ or Guest Experience Survey discounts) and no cash alternative is available to the Rewards specified above.

7.For any Colonel’s Club account that has been registered, you can check your account balance at www.colonelsclub.com or via the App. If you decide to check your balance, you will be responsible for connection charges, and we will not be liable for any communication failure. We reserve the right to correct or amend the balance in your account if we believe that an invoicing, accounting or other error has occurred. If you wish to query such a correction or amendment to your account balance, please email us on colonelsclub@kfc.co.uk

OFFERS

1.Exclusive Offers are available from time to time for registered Colonel’s Club members only and can be viewed using www.colonelsclub.com or the App. These Offers will differ depending on usage and what you like to order.

2.To redeem an Offer, choose one of the offers you would like, then scan a valid Colonel’s Club barcode and ask the cashier to add your chosen Offer to your order.

3.Each Offer will have an expiry date detailed on the Offer description and some Offers may be available on a one-time only basis.

KFC DRIVE THRU

1.Colonel’s Club members can use their Card or the App in KFC drive thru lanes by scanning the barcode prior to purchase. Vehicles must be stationary with ignitions switched off before using your Card or the App.

LIMITATIONS TO USE OF THE COLONEL'S CLUB

1.The Colonel’s Club Card or App may not always be accepted at participating KFC restaurants. For example, in the event that a KFC restaurant has communication / system issue you may not be able to claim your Rewards or Offers, or instantly earn your Stamps.

2.KFC reserves the right to refuse to accept a Colonel’s Club account or to limit the use of a Colonel’s Club account which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud, misconduct, unauthorised or inappropriate use.

3.KFC is not liable for any losses to your account balance. However, if you register your Colonel’s Club Card with us, your balance should be secure (as long as you have not shared your email address and password to access your Colonel’s Club account).

4.It is possible to access the App via Facebook and via Twitter Connect. KFC is not liable for any failure to access the App or for any functionality issues with the App where the App has been accessed via Facebook or Twitter Connect.

LOST OR STOLEN COLONEL'S CLUB CARDS

1.KFC is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged Colonel’s Club Cards and KFC cannot guarantee that Stamps, Rewards or Offers will be available for accounts with missing cards. If you have registered your account with us and have reported your card as lost, stolen or damaged as soon as possible, your balance should be secure. To report your Colonel’s Club Card lost, stolen or damaged you must contact the Colonel’s Club Card team at colonelsclub@kfc.co.uk

CANCELLATION OF YOUR COLONEL'S CLUB ACCOUNT

1.You have the right to cancel your Colonel’s Club account at any time but you will lose the right to redeem all unused Rewards and Stamps. If you wish to cancel your Colonel’s Club account you must contact the Colonel’s Club team at colonelsclub@kfc.co.uk

2.KFC may withdraw or cancel your Colonel’s Club account or take any other action it may deem appropriate if it suspects fraud, misconduct, unauthorised or inappropriate use of your Colonel’s Club account or reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms. The Colonel’s Club account shall become invalid once cancelled in such circumstances and you will not be able to claim any Rewards or Offers from your Colonel’s Club account.

LIABILITY

1.KFC’s maximum liability to you in relation to these Terms and your use of the Colonel’s Club Card or App shall not exceed the final balance of Rewards held on your Colonel’s Club account if registered.

2.Nothing in these Terms exclude KFC’s liability for:

a) death or personal injury caused by its negligence;
b) fraud; or
c) any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

3.To the maximum extent permitted by law, KFC excludes all other warranties, representations, conditions and terms, whether express or implied, written or oral, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

AMENDMENT OF THESE TERMS AND TERMINATION

1.KFC reserves the right in its discretion to either amend these Terms (or any FAQ, policy or guideline relating to the Colonel’s Club Card or App) or terminate, withdraw or cancel the Colonel’s Club scheme (including cancelling or withdrawing the App).

2.Any amendments to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms to www.colonelsclub.com

3.If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must immediately request that your Colonel’s Club account is deleted and stop using your Colonel’s Club Card.

4.Where we intend to withdraw the Colonel’s Club scheme, we will aim to give you 30 days' notice.

REFER A FRIEND SCHEME

1.Current Colonel’s Club members can collect extra Stamps by referring our Colonel’s Club App to a friend.

2.Each Colonel’s Club member will be provided with a unique referral code which is personal to you. You will find your referral code located in your ‘My Account’ area of the App. You can share this code by email, text message or via various social media platforms, with your friends, family members or anyone else, provided they are aged 13 or over and a UK or Ireland resident (“Friend”). If a Friend subsequently registers with the Colonel’s Club using your referral code and scans their Colonel’s Club App when spending £3 or more in any participating KFC restaurant, you will receive 3 extra Stamps.

3.Each Friend may use your referral code once only but they will then receive their own referral code to share.

4.So to recap, in order for you to collect your 3 extra Stamps, your Friend must:

(i) be over 13 and a resident of either the UK or Ireland;
(ii) add your referral code when he or she registers for the Colonel’s Club;
(iii) spend £3 or more in any participating KFC restaurant and scan their Colonel’s Club App at point of purchase (“Qualifying Purchase”).

5.If your Friend manages to do all of that, we will add three extra Stamps to your Rewards within 3 months of the date that your Friend makes their Qualifying Purchase.

6.The Stamps given as part of this Scheme will be subject to the same terms and conditions as set out in the general Terms and Condition for KFC’s Colonel’s Club.

7.KFC reserves the right to withdraw, amended or extend the Refer a Friend Scheme at any time and without notice.

8.KFC reserves the right to reject any referrals which it deems, at its sole discretion, to have been made via agents or third parties or any syndicated entries, those made using methods such as computer macro, script or via automated devices or that otherwise contravene the spirit of the Scheme.

9.KFC does not accept responsibility for referrals that are lost or delayed in transmission and under no circumstances will KFC be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the transmission of any referrals due to technical issues or otherwise.

These terms and conditions apply to all orders made through KFC’s delivery website, so it’s important that you read through them before you submit an order. By submitting an order on our website, you are telling us that you agree to everything set out here. We may need to change these terms and conditions from time to time – the terms posted on this page at the time that you submit your order will be the ones that apply to your order.

KFC stores in the UK are owned and operated either by the company Kentucky Fried Chicken (Great Britain) Limited (“KFC”) or by one of its franchisees. When you place a delivery order on our website, KFC will accept your order either on its own behalf or as an agent on behalf of its franchisees. If we accept an order on behalf of one of our franchisees, the legal contract relating to your order is between you and the franchisee that operates the store which fulfils your order.

You can only place an order on our website if you’re over the age of 18. If you place an order, you are confirming to us that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to buy our products.

REGISTRATION

Account: The easiest way for you to place an order for delivery is to create an account with us. You can also place an order as a guest – either way, we will ask you to give us the information that we need to process your order, including your name, delivery address and contact details. We will rely on this information, so please ensure that all details you give us are true, accurate and complete and please update your account if your details change. If you provide us with your email address, we will take this as confirmation that you are happy for e-mail to be used as our primary form of communication for contractual purposes.

Security: When you create an account you will be asked to select a user name and password, which will be used to secure your account. The security of your account is your responsibility and you will be responsible if someone else uses your account, unless you can prove that your account was accessed fraudulently. So please don’t share your username and password with anyone else! If you believe that the security of your account has been compromised, please let us know immediately so that we can investigate what has happened. We may need to suspend your account while we carry out our investigation.

Verification: We may need to verify the information you have provided to us when registering your account, using a verification email sent to your given email address. To enable us to complete our verification process we may need to access relevant information about you held by third parties (including social networks). By registering with us, you are agreeing to this verification process and to us accessing relevant information held by third parties. Your use of our website may be limited until we have completed our verification process.

Data Protection: We will collect, store and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms and conditions. Please have a read of our Privacy Policy to make sure you are happy with its contents. By creating an account, you are telling us that you agree to everything set out in our Privacy Policy.

PRODUCTS FOR DELIVERY

The KFC menu items offered for delivery by KFC are shown on the delivery menu pages of our website, as updated from time to time. There are some products we sell in store that aren’t available for delivery. Our delivery menu has been specially created to ensure that we can bring you the same great KFC experience you have in our restaurants, at home. Our products are made fresh to order, so although we make your food with a lot of love, at times the products you order may vary slightly from the images of the products shown on our website.

Prices: The prices of our products are shown on the delivery menu pages, as updated from time to time. Our delivery prices may be different to what you’re used to paying in-store. Prices may also vary from store to store and depending on the type, quantity and/or size of the products ordered as well as any variations, amendments or upgrades you order. All our prices are inclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes. Should you require a VAT receipt for your order please contact delivery@kfc.co.uk and include your order confirmation email. We will do our best to get this to you as quickly as possible but it may take up to 28 days when we are exceptionally busy.

Allergy sufferers & vegetarians: We don’t use nuts in our products, but some ingredients are made in factories that handle nuts. As we don’t have a separate nut-free or vegetarian preparation or cooking areas, if you have a nut or any other allergy or are a vegetarian we recommend that you do not order online. Halal: Some of our restaurants prepare halal food but we cannot guarantee that food prepared in these restaurants will remain halal during the delivery process. So at present our service is not HFA certified.

Availability: As all of our products are made fresh to order, it is possible that we might run out of stock from time to time. Whilst we will make every effort to remove these out of stock items from our website as soon as possible we may need to substitute part of your order for something of equal or greater value. THE ORDERING PROCESS

Delivery areas: When you enter your postcode and address, we will let you know if we are able to offer delivery to your area or not. Please note final confirmation will only be made when you checkout. If we don’t deliver in your area or if one of our restaurants has had to close for any reason then we are very sorry but we won’t be able to accept your order. If we don’t currently deliver to your area, don’t worry, we’re working as fast as we can to get to you. If you’d like to know when delivery is available in your area email us with your postcode and we will let you know. We may need to withdraw delivery areas from time to time but we’ll try our best not to do this to avoid disappointment.

Delivery fees: We currently charge £2.50 for delivery. If your order value is below £15 there will be an additional £2 surcharge (so £4.50 in total). We may choose to vary these fees in the future, but these will be itemised in your basket before you checkout.

Order confirmation: We’ll show you the price of the products in your basket before you confirm your order. Once you have submitted your order, payment has been verified and our store has confirmed that they can accept your order, you will see a confirmation notification on your screen. Your order is not complete until you see this confirmation notification. You will also receive a confirmation email. Please make sure that the email address, delivery address and telephone number you have provided us with are correct, as we will need the correct details to get your order to you. We may sometimes have to cancel orders even if they have been confirmed – we will make sure that this only happens as a last resort and we will contact you as soon as we can to let you know that we won’t be able to fulfil your order.

Changes to your order: To make sure we get your delivery to you as soon as possible, we start preparing your food as soon as your order has been confirmed. So unfortunately it’s not possible to make any changes or to cancel your order once we have sent your order confirmation. Because you are buying food, the cooling off rights granted by the Consumer Rights Act 2016 do not apply.

Preferences & Problems: You are responsible for ensuring that any saved order details and any saved payment card information is up-to-date. Make sure you check your order confirmation email carefully in case it’s not what you are expecting. PAYMENT

You will be held responsible for the payment of all orders that you place through our website. Please make sure that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of for your order. We accept a variety of credit and debit card payments, which are listed on the checkout screen. Once you have submitted your order using your chosen payment method, we will automatically deduct the order amount from your account. If your payment is declined, we will cancel your order and we’ll let you know that we’ve had to do this.

DELIVERY

Delivery times: We try our best to make sure that you get your order within 40 minutes of placing it. It’s important that you remain at the delivery address you’ve given us to receive your order. If you’re not in to receive your order the delivery driver may try to call you but we can’t leave it behind a plant pot (sorry!) and we are not able to refund for delivery orders as all of our food is freshly cooked and we can’t resell it.

Delays: Sometimes there may be reasons outside of our control that mean we can’t deliver your order within our targeted delivery time. Please check the progress of your order on the order status page. In the rare event that delivery is seriously delayed we may have to cancel your order. We will of course notify you of this and ensure that you are given a full refund.

Delivery drivers: We use third party delivery specialists to deliver orders from our restaurants to your door. Our delivery services partners have been hand-picked to provide the best possible service, so please let us know if you have received outstanding service or if you are unhappy with the service you have received by giving us your feedback here, and we will pass this on.

Delivery drivers will only deliver to the main door/reception when delivering to apartment blocks, flats or hotels, so please make sure you come to meet them there.

Please be nice to your delivery driver - they are bringing you yummy KFC! We reserve the right to blacklist any delivery address if any delivery driver reports aggressive or abusive behaviour towards them.

Use of our products: We deliver our products to you so that you can enjoy them yourself or with your friends and family. You agree that you will not re-sell any KFC products delivered to you or use them for any other commercial purposes.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS

If KFC or one of our franchisees fails to comply with these terms and conditions, we (or the relevant franchisee) will be responsible for any loss or damage you suffer as a direct result of our failure, up to the value of your order. Neither KFC or its franchisees will be responsible for any loss or damage that is not a direct or foreseeable result of its failure to comply with these terms.

If you fail to comply with these terms and conditions, you will be responsible for any costs that we or our franchisees incur as a direct result of your failure. If we or our franchisees delay in or fail to enforce our rights under these terms and conditions, that does not mean that we lose the right to do so or that you do not have to comply with your obligations under these terms and conditions. Any waiver of our rights will only be effective if it is made clear in writing to you.

COMPLAINTS

If you are unhappy with the service you have received, please contact us and we will do our best to get to the bottom of what happened and why.

DISPUTES

If you believe that we have not complied with these terms and conditions, please contact us. We hope that we will be able to deal with any issues between us, but if you are not happy with the outcome after we have tried to resolve the issue with you, you can refer the matter for alternative dispute resolution, including online dispute resolution at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

In the event that a claim is brought in connection with these terms and conditions, it will be dealt with in the courts of England and governed by the law of England and Wales.

Guest Experience Survey

•Kentucky Fried Chicken (Great Britain) Limited (“KFC”) is offering its customers 15% off the total price of their next purchase at KFC (the “Discount”) if they complete the KFC Guest Satisfaction Survey (“Survey”).
•To be eligible for the Discount, customers must spend a minimum of £5 (€5 in Ireland) at KFC, retain their transaction receipt and follow the link on their receipt to complete the Survey. Once the Survey has been completed, the customer will receive a computer generated code (“Code”) in order to receive the Discount.

KFC Championship - Competition Rules

Quick Rules
• The KFChampionship (the “Competition") is for PlayStation 4 users only.
• Participants of the Competition must be at least 18 years old on 21 June 2019.
• Every participant must be a citizen, or a resident of the United Kingdom since at least December 18th 2018. This must be a period of citizenship or residency without interruption. i.e. each participant must have been a citizen or resident on 18th December, since then, and at the date of registration of the Competition.
• The community member who finishes highest in each Influencer Qualifier wins and shall qualify automatically for the Community Final.
• The top 3 community members of the Community Final shall automatically qualify for the Grand Final.
• The top placing competitor of the Grand Final shall be the winner of the Competition.
• All stages of the Competition are scheduled to take place on 21st June 2019.
• If you receive a game code but do not participate in the tournament, your code may be revoked without warning and at the sole discretion of the tournament organiser.

1.General Rules

1.1 Administration

Any individual or entity who is authorised by Kairos Media or Kentucky Fried Chicken to administrate the Competition in accordance with the Regulations will be called an Admin (the “Admin”) and the collection of all admins will be called the Administration (the “Administration”).

The Administration shall be responsible for the administration, operation and hosting of the Competition.

These rules and regulations (the “Regulations”) shall apply to all Participants and shall remain in force and be binding on all Participants for the duration of the Competition, subject to any variations as decided by the Administration in its sole discretion.

The Regulations are designed to provide the platform for the Competition and are created for the benefit of all persons and stakeholders connected to the Competitions. As such, all Participants are expected to:
(a) behave with utmost good faith and honesty towards one another and the Administration;
(b) comply with the Regulations, in letter and in spirit;
(c) comply with decisions of the Administration;
(d) respect the Administration’s and the Competition’s contractual obligations; and
(e) seek to resolve disputes or differences without recourse to law.

The Competition is a community tournament for the Playstation 4 version of Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled (“CTR”). The Competition is limited to players who are resident or citizens of the United Kingdom as set out in more detail in the Quick Rules section above.

These Regulations may be amended from time to time (whether by way of alteration, addition, deletion or otherwise) by the Administration.

1.2 Participants and Commitment

1.2.1 Only real persons with a valid PlayStation Network Online ID are eligible to participate in the Competition and will be called a Participant (“Participant”). Additionally, every Participant must fulfil the following conditions in order to be eligible to participate in the Competition:

• Participants must be at least 18 years old on the scheduled start date of the Competition, 21st June 2019.
• Participants of the Competition must be a citizen, or a resident, of the United Kingdom at least since December 21st 2018 (as set out in more detail in the Quick Rules above).
• Participants must not be employees of Kairos Esports, Kentucky Fried Chicken or Activision Blizzard.

1.2.2 By participating in the Competition each Participants agrees and acknowledges that he or she shall comply with the Regulations set out herein and with any other rules, policies or codes of conduct introduced, and brought to his or her attention, by the Administration.

1.2.3 Each Participant acknowledges that the Administration has the unilateral right to amend or modify Regulations at any time without notice and if necessary impose new rules and regulations, provided such amendments, modification or introduction of new terms are for the purposes of ensuring fair play and integrity of competition in respect of the Competition.

1.2.4 Each Participant must behave in a respectable manner towards Admins and other Participants. Insults and unfair or disrespectful behaviour towards any other individual shall not be tolerated and will be punished in accordance with these Regulations.

1.2.5 Each participant must always have the newest version of PlayStation Network and CTR installed and must check for updates in advance of each Grand Prix. Unless a new version is introduced immediately before a Race, patching shall not be a valid reason to delay the relevant Race unless otherwise decided by the Administration. If a Participant does not have CTR, he or she will be provided with a PSN code in order to download the game.

1.2.6 Each Participant must compete to the best of his or her ability and try his or her utmost to win each and every Round at each and every stage of the Competition. Purposefully losing for any reason shall be strictly forbidden.

1.2.7 Vulgar, racist, sexist or otherwise offensive behaviour, comments or language shall be forbidden. Names with deliberately changed size and format are also not permitted unless otherwise agreed to by the Administration.

1.2.8 Each Participant acknowledges the right for the Administration to edit Participants' names if names are deemed unfit for display (at the Administration’s sole discretion).

1.2.9 Each Participant shall grant the Competition and the Administration (which for the avoidance of doubt shall include Kairos Media, Kentucky Fried Chicken and Activision Blizzard) a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the Participant’s Image and any photographic, video or audio-visual content containing the Participant’s Image in connection with the Competition and the promotion of, and publication of content relating to, the Competition. For the purposes of these Regulations, the “Participant’s Image” shall mean the Participant’s name, nickname, Avatar, Alias, image, photograph, film, likeness, autograph, initials, graphical or animated representation, endorsement or association, voice, performances, personal characteristics and other personal identification and including the right to redress for damage to goodwill caused by passing-off or otherwise. including the right to use the Participant’s actual or simulated likeness and to record the Participant’s voice, to take and reproduce photographic images of the Participant and his performances, and all copyrights, database rights, trade marks and other intellectual property rights of, or in relation to, the Participant whether or not registered or capable of registration throughout the Universe, including any extension and/or renewals for promotional or commercial purposes.

1.3 Communication

1.3.1 All communication between Participants and the Administration in connection with the Competition or any aspect of the Competition shall be at all times in English.

1.3.2 The Administration may only be contacted via Discord (in order to help Admins to coordinate as a team and ensure issues are dealt with and resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible). Any other form of communication shall be ignored.

2.Format & Schedule

2.1 Tournament Format

The Competition is separated into 3 rounds: Qualifiers, Community Final, and Grand Final (each a "Round”). Each Round shall consist of 4 individual races (“Races”) which shall collectively make up a Grand Prix (“Grand Prix”) as set out in more detail herein. All Rounds are scheduled to take place on 21st June 2019, beginning at 18:00 BST. There will be 53 participants in total, made up of 48 Community members, 4 influencers, and the KFC Gaming mascot.

2.2 Signup & Check in

Eligible Participants sign up to compete in the Competition by retweeting the Competition influencer’s “Sign Up” tweet. Participants will be selected at random by Kairos admins who will select an appropriate 48 Participants by contacting them via Twitter Direct Message. An unlimited number of Participants can sign up to the Competition. Where an Admin has attempted to contact an individual to invite him or her to become a Participant, and the relevant person does not accept the invitation in writing within three hours of being contacted, the relevant individual shall forfeit his or her ability to become a Participant and the Admins shall have the right to invite another individual to become a Participant.

3.Match Times

3.1 Race Times

The scheduled official Race times for the following Rounds are:

• Qualifiers: 18:00 BST
• Community Final: 19:00 BST
• Grand Final: 19:30 BST

3.2 Rescheduling / Postponing

Rounds cannot be postponed or rescheduled to another date or time unless determined by the Administration in its sole discretion for any reason.

4.Before the Race

4.1 Availability

All Participants must be available in CTR, on Discord and on the dedicated Discord server where appropriate, as long as they are actively participating in each a Round.

4.2 Contacting the opponent

Once a Participant knows his or her influencer opponents, they must add the opponents on the PlayStation Network immediately. The PlayStation Network Online ID of the opponent will be shared over Discord. Each Participant is obliged to check his or her opponent's identity prior to the start of the relevant Race.

4.3 Race mode

4.3.1 There are two Qualifiers. The first Qualifier shall consist of 4 Grand Prix, each consisting of 7 Participants and 1 influencer. The second Qualifier shall consist of 2 Grand Prix, each consisting of 7 Participants and 1 influencer, and 1 Grand Prix consisting of 6 Participants and 2 influencers. The community member who finishes highest in each Grand Prix shall automatically qualify for the Community Final. The stage ends when all 7 Grand Prix are completed.

4.3.2 In the Community Final, there will be 1 Grand Prix, made up of winning Participants from the Qualifiers and the KFC Gaming mascot. The 3 highest placing community members shall automatically qualify for the Grand Final. For the avoidance of doubt, no influencers shall participate in the Community Final.

4.3.3 The Grand Final is made up of 3 community members, 4 influencers, and the KFC Gaming mascot. 1 Grand Prix is raced, and the highest placing Participant shall be the winner of the Competition.

4.4 Score metrics

4.4.1 Each Grand Prix shall be decided by the Participant with the highest points total at the end of all 4 Races. Each Race shall be scored as follows:

2nd 6 points
3rd 3 points
4th 1 point
5th 0 points
6th 0 points
7th 0 points
8th 0 points

The winner of a Grand Prix is determined by who has the most points at the end of the relevant Grand Prix.

5.Integrity issues

5.1 Disconnects

If a player disconnects during a Race, he or she is immediately eliminated from the relevant Race and consequently the relevant Grand Prix.

5.2 Bug Abuse

Abusing a bug is strictly forbidden.

5.3 Cheating

A Participant's use of any CTR-related tool aside from the PlayStation Network during a Race is strictly forbidden.

Cheating is the creating (or attempting to create) an unfair playing field or gaining an unfair advantage over other Participants by any means contrary to the rules of the Competition, any of the Regulations or the spirit of esports and traditional sporting endeavour. For the avoidance of doubt, this shall include any unauthorised use of any third party tools without the prior consent of the Administration.

5.4 Prohibited actions

The following actions by a Participant are strictly prohibited during a Race or any stage of the Competition and will result in a sanction to be determined at the sole discretion of the Administration:
(a) refusing to follow the instructions of an Admin;
(b) showing dissent by words or actions towards any other Participant;
(c) using insulting language and/or gestures towards any other Participant; and
(d) committing unsporting behaviour; or
(e) misleading or ‘dupes’ any Admin.

5.5 Betting

Participants are not allowed to place any bet on any Race in the Competition, or in relation to the Competition in any context.

Participants are prohibited from asking, or instructing, any person, or entity, to place any bet referred to in this Regulation 5.5.
This Regulation includes all bets relating to, but not limited to, the following:
(i) The result of a particular Race, Races or the Competition itself; and
(ii) Any events in the progress of a Race or Races, or the Competition itself.

5.6 Match-Fixing

Match fixing is the arranging or influencing (or attempting to arrange or influence) in advance the outcome of a Race, or events within the Race, usually for the purpose of making money, often from betting.

Participants are not allowed to accept from, or offer to, any person or entity (whether they are Participants or otherwise) any bribes/gifts/rewards of any nature in relation to seeking to influence the outcome, result of, conduct of, a Race or the Competition;

Participants are under a strict obligation to immediately report to the Administration any approach, or any offer of a bribe/gift/ reward made to them, or any other Participant, related to seeking to influence the outcome, result, or conduct of a Race or the Competition. Failure to do so will be considered a breach of this Regulation and will in itself result in sanctions being imposed.

5.7 Consequence of breaching this Regulation

It is the responsibility of every Participant to comply with this Regulation 5.

Any Participant who breaches this Regulation will be charged by the Administration, and will be subject to a range of sanctions including, but not limited to, those set out in Regulation 7.1.

The above mentioned range of sporting sanctions is in addition to any criminal sanction that may ultimately be imposed.

6.After the Race

6.1 Protests

Protests against violation breach of a rule or regulation by another Participant can only be reported with a CTR replay. The protest must include a specific timestamp when the alleged breach took place, the name of the Participant who committed the alleged breach, as well as a clear description of the nature and circumstances of the alleged breach. Protests that either do not comprise all of the requisite elements referenced in this Regulation 6.1 shall be invalid.

7.Breaches of rules and sanctions

7.1 Possible sanctions

The sanctions for any rule breaches shall be determined by the Administration in its sole discretion but shall include without limitation:

• Loss of one Race;
• Disqualification from a Qualifier;
• Disqualification from the Competition;
• Disqualification from future tournaments and competitions; and/or
• Prizemoney reduction.

The Administration, and/or any panel or body appointed by the Administration to deal with disciplinary matters (including breaches of the Regulations) shall have a general and overarching jurisdiction to take disciplinary action against any Participant in relation to all allegations of foul or unfair play during a Race, and all allegations of misconduct, either in-Race or unrelated to a Race or the Competition, which may constitute a breach of the laws and spirit of competitive esports, and/or the Regulations and/or which may bring the Administration or the Competition into disrepute.

The Administration and/or any panel or body appointed by the Administration to deal with disciplinary matters (including breaches of the Regulations) shall have jurisdiction to impose such penalty or sanction as it thinks fit including, but not limited to the sanctions referenced above.

7.2 Breaches of other tournament rules

Breaches of the rules and regulations of other external CTR tournaments may also result in sanctions in respect of participation in future tournaments and competitions administered by the Administration.

8.Prizes

8.1 Qualifiers

The prizes for each Qualifier are as follows:

• Highest placing community member: Entry to Community Final

8.2 Community Final

The prizes for the Community Final are as follows:

• Highest placing community member: £6,000 and entry to Grand Final
• 2nd highest placing community member: £3,000 and entry to Grand Final

Only one (1) prize will be awarded per winning scratchcard and winning scratchcards will not be returned to you.

12.Entrants agree that in the event that they are a Grand Prize winner the Promoter and KFC may use their surname and county of residence to announce the Grand Prize winners of this Promotion. The Promoter and KFC reserves the right to publish the surname and county of residence of the Grand Prize winners. The Grand Prize winners may object to their surname and county of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced.

13.Small Prizes must be claimed by 8th September 2019 and can only be redeemed at participating stores. If you do not claim you prize immediately, you are responsible for keeping your winning scratchcard safe – a prize can only be issued upon presentation of a valid winning scratchcard. Only one (1) prize will be awarded per winning scratchcard and winning scratchcards will not be returned to you.

14.You will only be entitled to claim the prize shown on the scratchcard. The KFC Foundation may substitute the prize shown on your scratchcard for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if the item shown on the scratchcard is unavailable or for any other reasons beyond its reasonable control.

15.There is no cash alternative to the prizes and the prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable to any person under the age of 16.

16.Scratchcards will be invalid, and no prize will be awarded, if:
(a)the winning symbol is not legible or has been altered or tampered with in any manner;
(b)the scratchcard is counterfeit or has been forged;
(c)the scratchcard is not redeemed by the deadline set out in paragraph 9 above;
(d)the scratchcard has been submitted by a person ineligible to participate in the Promotion; or
(e)the KFC Foundation reasonably believes that the scratchcard has not been obtained in an authorised manner.

17.The KFC Foundation or employees of KFC or any of its Franchisees, as its authorised representatives, may, in their sole discretion, refuse to allow you to participate in the Promotion if, in their reasonable opinion, you may suffer from a gambling problem or have provided forged proof of age.

(a)any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion;

1.This Promotion is only open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 or over, excluding:

10.Winner Selection:

a.Daily Prize Draw: For each day during the Promotion Period, a daily prize draw will take place within one (1) calendar day of the close of that day. 200 winners will be randomly selected each day from entries received between 15th July 2019 and 7th September 2019, and 250 winners will be randomly selected from entries received on 8th September 2019. Prizes will be awarded according to a pre-determined order. The Daily Prize Draws will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.

b.Grand Prize Draw: 2 winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The Grand Prize Draw will be conducted by PromoVeritas within 1 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.

11.Winner Notification: The winners will be contacted via the email address associated with the winner’s KFC App within 2 working days of the relevant Winner Selection and will be required follow the instructions in the email to claim their Prize, within 30 days of initial contact. In the event that a winner does not follow the instructions to claim their Prize within 30 days, or cannot take up the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and reallocate the prize with no liability. Reallocated prize winners will be randomly selected in the same manner and may have less time to respond. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during and after the Promotional Period in case they are a winner. 12.Entrants agree that in the event that they are a Grand Prize winner the Promoter may use their surname and county of residence to announce the Grand Prize winners of this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the surname and county of residence of the Grand Prize winners. The Grand Prize winners may object to their surname and county of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced.

13.Subject to the consent of the Grand Prize winners, the surname and county of the Grand Prize winners will be available by visiting www.promowinners.com/KFC for a minimum of 8 weeks following the close of the Promotion Period.

14.Any personal data which relates to entrants will only be used for this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running of the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter unless the Promoter has the entrants’ positive consent. 16.If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.

17.The Promoter and any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Opening and closing dates, eligibility

1.The Prize Draw will begin at around 11:00 am on 29 November 2019 and close on or around 11:59pm on 1 December 2019. (the "Prize Draw Period").

2.The Prize Draw is open to all individuals who are:

(a)residents of the United Kingdom;
(b)aged 18 years or over; and
(c)registered users of a valid Twitter account, at the time of entry into the Prize Draw.

3.The Prize Draw is not open to employees, contractors, representatives, agents, officers or directors of KFC, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, marketing agencies, or to any of their immediate family members or persons living in the same household, whether or not related, or anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

4.Internet access, a Twitter account set to public (to permit direct messages from KFC) and an email address are required to enter the Prize Draw.

5.No purchase or payment is necessary to participate in the Prize Draw.

Entry

6.To enter and receive one (1) entry into the Prize Draw participants must:

(a)log in to their Twitter account; and
(b)respond to a "call to action" tweet ("Post"), which will be posted by @KFC_UKI during the Prize Draw Period, by retweeting the Post,
(c)Follow @KFC_UKI on Twitter during the Prize Draw Period.

7.Entries must be completed correctly and received by KFC during the Prize Draw Period to be eligible to win a Prize. All entries posted or received outside the Prize Draw Period will not be included in the Prize Draw.

8.There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per Twitter account. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Twitter account. Entrants are not permitted to create multiple Twitter accounts for the purpose of the Prize Draw.
Entries generated by script, macro, mechanical or other automated means are prohibited and will cause disqualification. Multiple entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.

9.Participants must ensure that their entries:

(a)are responsive to the Post;
(b)are their own original work and do not infringe any third party rights (including without limitation in copyright, trade marks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or any other intellectual property rights);
(c)do not refer to or compare competitor products;
(d)are not defamatory or disparaging about KFC, its products or any other people, products or companies;

(i)are in compliance with the rules, policies and terms of service of the platform where they are posted (i.e. Twitter) and all applicable laws, regulations and code rules (and would not place KFC in breach of any such rules, policies, terms of service or applicable laws, regulations and codes, as determined by KFC in its sole discretion); and
(j)are otherwise suitable for presentation in a public forum (as determined by KFC in its sole discretion).

10.Entries which, in KFC's opinion may be deemed offensive, discriminatory, inappropriate, defamatory or which are unlawful or in breach of these Terms will not be accepted and will be disqualified.

11.KFC may, in its sole discretion, alter or remove any content posted on KFC's platforms or require any participant to alter or remove any content posted on their own feed or platform in connection with the Prize Draw.

12.KFC reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it believes not to be participating within the spirit of the promotion or suspects of participating in any unfair or unjust behaviour. KFC reserves the right to use its discretion in all respects and to enforce any penalty or sanction it deems appropriate.

13.Entrants understand that they are posting at their sole risk and that they are solely responsible for compliance with the rules, policies and terms of service of the platform where they are posting (i.e. Twitter).

14.Entries that are not submitted in accordance with these Terms and/or that are delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered, illegible or otherwise defective (or which KFC cannot identify due to the removal of the participants' tweet, the suspension or termination of the participant's Twitter account or their posts being filtered out of Twitter searches) will be disqualified.

15.KFC accepts no responsibility for entries that are illegible or lost, delayed, damaged or rendered invalid for any reason beyond its control.

16.KFC reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entries.

17.Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Prize Draw should be directed to KFC and not to Twitter.

18.This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Twitter. Twitter is completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Prize Draw. 19.If at any time you wish to withdraw from the Prize Draw your request should be made in writing to KFC at Orion Gate, Guildford Road, Woking, Surrey GU22 7NJ.

Selection of Winners

20.Five (5) winners will be drawn at random from all valid and eligible entries received during the Prize Draw Period ("Winners").

21.The Winners will be selected on 2 December 2019.

22.There is a maximum of one Prize per person. In the event that the same participant's name is drawn for a second or subsequent Prize, another entrant will be drawn at random until a different entrant is chosen.

23.The Winners will be notified via a direct message on Twitter. This notification will ask the Winner to confirm their age and include instructions on how the Winner can claim the Prize. Participants who have not won a Prize will not be notified.

24.Winners must respond to this notification within 72 hours and provide a delivery address when requested in order to claim the Prize.

25.In the event a Prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the Winner; the Winner cannot accept the Prize; the Winner is not eligible for the Prize or has not complied with these Terms, KFC will award the Prize to a replacement winner selected in the same way as the original Winner.

Prizes

26.The Winners will each win one (1) KFC bucket hat ("Prize").

27.There is no alternative to any Prize, except in the event of circumstances outside KFC's reasonable control, when KFC reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute a similar or alternative Prize of equivalent or greater value.

28.The Prize will be posted to the postal address supplied by the Winner.

29.Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

30.The name and county of the Winners and the Prizes won will (unless a Winner has objected on lawful grounds) be made available on receipt of a self-addressed pre-paid envelope received by KFC at Orion Gate, Guildford Road, Woking, Surrey GU22 7NJ before 15 October 2019.

Publicity

31.By entering into the Prize Draw, each entrant agrees that KFC may publish, use, edit, alter and duplicate the entry, including without limitation by retweeting the entry.

32.Any Winner may be required to take part in non-paid publicity or advertising relating to the Prize Draw, which may include having their photograph taken for promotional and/or press purposes.

General

33.Any decision of KFC is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

34.KFC reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Prize Draw and/or amend or alter these Terms in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, which it considers make it necessary for it to do so.

35.If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Prize Draw, these conditions will take precedence.

36.KFC accepts no responsibility or liability for (a) any entries which are not received due to the use of incorrect or inaccurate entry information, any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions, or for any other reason; (b) any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of the Prize Draw; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers used in any aspect of the operation of the Prize Draw; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet and/or any website; or (e) any injury or damage to any person’s computer(s) or mobile device(s) which may be related to or result from any attempt to participate in the Prize Draw or to download any materials in connection with the Prize Draw.

37.KFC will award the Prize as described in these Terms, but KFC accepts no responsibility or liability for the Winner's use of the Prize.

38.Any personal information supplied in connection with the Prize Draw will be used, shared and retained as set out in the Privacy Notice of KFC posted at https://www.kfc.co.uk/terms-conditions.

39.The Prize Draw and these Terms (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English courts. Consumers in Scotland and Northern Ireland may additionally bring an action in their home courts.

1.Your personal data will be held by Kentucky Fried Chicken (Great Britain) Limited (the "Promoter") and used for the purpose of administering the promotion, retweeting entries (at the discretion of the Promoter) and publicising the winner in accordance with the terms and conditions. 4.If you are not successful in winning a prize, the Promoter will delete your information once the prizes have been awarded and distributed and after the completion of any related publicity activities (or if there are any relevant complaints or issues relating to the promotion and if later, promptly after those complaints or issues have been resolved). These terms and conditions apply to all orders for KFC Collect made through the KFC mobile application (the “App”), so it’s important that you read through them before you submit an order. By submitting an order on our App, you are telling us that you agree to everything set out here. We may need to change these terms and conditions from time to time – the terms posted on this page at the time that you submit your order will be the ones that apply to your order. KFC stores in the UK are owned and operated either by the company Kentucky Fried Chicken (Great Britain) Limited (“KFC”) or by one of its franchisees. When you place and confirm a KFC Collect order on our App, KFC will accept your order either on its own behalf or as an agent on behalf of its franchisees. If we accept an order on behalf of one of our franchisees, the legal contract relating to your order is between you and the franchisee that operates the store which fulfils your order.

You can only place an order on our App if you’re over the age of 13. If you are at least 13 years old but not yet 18 years old, you must review these terms and conditions with your parent or guardian. If you place an order, you are confirming to us that you are either at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to buy our products, or are at least 13 years old but not yet 18 years old and have your parent or guardian’s permission to enter into a contract to buy our products.

REGISTRATION

Account: The only way for you to place a KFC Collect order is to create a KFC App account with us. When you create an account, we will ask you to give us the information that we need to process your order, including your name and contact details. We will rely on this information, so please ensure that all details you give us are true, accurate and complete and please update your account if your details change. When you provide us with your email address, we will take this as confirmation that you are happy for e-mail to be used as our primary form of communication for contractual purposes.

Security: When you create an account, you will be asked to select a user name and password, which will be used to secure your account. The security of your account is your responsibility and you will be responsible if someone else uses your account, unless you can prove that your account was accessed fraudulently. So please don’t share your username and password with anyone else! If you believe that the security of your account has been compromised, please let us know immediately so that we can investigate what has happened. We may need to suspend your account while we carry out our investigation.

Verification: We may need to verify the information you have provided to us when registering your account, using a verification email sent to your given email address. To enable us to complete our verification process we may need to access relevant information about you held by third parties (including social networks). By registering with us, you are agreeing to this verification process and to us accessing relevant information held by third parties. Your use of our App may be limited until we have completed our verification process.

Data Protection: We will collect, store and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms and conditions. Please have a read of our Privacy Policy to make sure you are happy with its contents. By creating an account, you are telling us that you have read and understood everything set out in our Privacy Policy.

PRODUCTS FOR KFC COLLECT

The KFC menu items available to order via KFC Collect are shown on the menu pages on the App for the restaurant you select, as updated from time to time. Our products are made fresh to order, so although we make your food with a lot of love, at times the products you order may vary slightly from the images of the products shown on our App or website.

Prices: The prices of our products shown on the KFC Collect restaurant menu pages are updated from time to time. Prices may vary from store to store and depending on the type, quantity and/or size of the products ordered as well as any variations, amendments or upgrades you order. All our prices are inclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes. Should you require a VAT receipt for your order please contact delivery@kfc.co.uk and include your order confirmation email. We will do our best to get this to you as quickly as possible but it may take up to 28 days when we are exceptionally busy.

Allergy sufferers & vegetarians: We don’t use nuts in our products, but some ingredients are made in factories that handle nuts. As we don’t have a separate nut-free or vegetarian preparation or cooking areas, if you have a nut or any other allergy or are a vegetarian we recommend that you do not order via our App. We can cater better for your allergies and preferences if you visit us and complete your order in-store. Availability: As all of our products are made fresh to order, it is possible that we might run out of stock from time to time. Whilst we will make every effort to remove these out of stock items from the Collect menu on our App as soon as possible we may need to substitute part of your order for something of equal or greater value if we have run out of certain stock by the time you arrive at your selected restaurant and prompt us to pack your order. We apologise if this happens and invite you to discuss this with our restaurant manager. THE ORDERING PROCESS

KFC Collect restaurants: When you enter a city, town or postcode, or allow the App to use your location, we will list restaurants near to you which offer KFC Collect. By clicking 'Collect From Here' on a particular restaurant in the App, you are agreeing to collect your order from that specific restaurant (as identified in the confirmation email you receive once you have completed your order (the "Selected Restaurant"). If there are no restaurants close to you which currently offer KFC Collect, unfortunately we will not be able to accept your order via KFC Collect - we are working as fast as we can though to roll out KFC Collect across our restaurants. We may need to withdraw KFC Collect from certain restaurants from time to time but we’ll try our best not to do this to avoid disappointment.

Order process and payment: We’ll show you the price of the products in your basket before you confirm your order. You will then be prompted to enter your payment information. By clicking “pay”, you agree that we may charge the total amount to your selected payment method once you have checked in to the restaurant and confirmed for your order to be packed via the App. Pre-authorisation for your order may be made on your payment card. Once you have submitted your order you will receive an email containing a summary of your order. Please retain this email for your records, as we do not currently display details of your past orders in our App.

You will then need to make your way to the Selected Restaurant to collect your order at any time during the Selected Restaurant’s opening hours for that day. You will need to have with you a device with the App installed to enable you to log into the App when you arrive at the Selected Restaurant. When you arrive at the Selected Restaurant, you will need to check in via the App. You will then be asked if you would like to Dine In or Take Away. Please be aware that some of our restaurants do not have Dine In facilities, and if you select Dine In for one of these restaurants, your order will be prepared for Take Away. You will then receive an in-App prompt to “Prepare My Order”. Your order will not be complete and sent to the kitchen until you confirm this ‘Prepare My Order’ prompt, to ensure your order is freshly prepared.

Please note the closing time of the Selected Restaurant when you place your order. If you do not check in and prompt the restaurant to prepare your order prior to the restaurant’s closing time on the day you make your order, it will be cancelled and your payment method will not be charged. We will try and release the pre-authorisation for your order on your payment card as soon as possible, but this may take up to 5 working days.

Because our restaurants do not receive your order until you check in and prompt the restaurant to pack your order, our restaurants may on rare occasions not have the products you have ordered in stock by the time you arrive to collect your order. Therefore, we may have to cancel orders after they have been confirmed by you prompting the restaurant to prepare it – we will make sure that this only happens as a last resort and our restaurant managers will offer you alternatives for any out of stock items. We reserve the right to cancel any order, before or after acceptance, and will notify you immediately of any such cancellation.

Delays: Sometimes, if the Selected Restaurant is very busy, or for any reason outside of our control, there may be a delay in the preparation of your order. We ask that you be kind to our restaurant staff – they are doing everything they can to get your order ready for you!

Use of our products: We prepare our products for you so that you can enjoy them yourself or with your friends and family. You agree that you will not re-sell any KFC products prepared for you or use them for any other commercial purposes.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS

If KFC or one of our franchisees fails to comply with these terms and conditions, we (or the relevant franchisee) will be responsible for any loss or damage you suffer as a direct result of our failure, up to the value of your order. Neither KFC or its franchisees will be responsible for any loss or damage that is not a direct or foreseeable result of its failure to comply with these terms.

If you fail to comply with these terhttp://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ms and conditions, you will be responsible for any costs that we or our franchisees incur as a direct result of your failure. If we or our franchisees delay in or fail to enforce our rights under these terms and conditions, that does not mean that we lose the right to do so or that you do not have to comply with your obligations under these terms and conditions. DISPUTES

(b) change their name on Twitter to “Harland Sanders” until the earlier of: (i) 5pm 12 September 2019 or (ii) a tweet is posted by @KFC_UKI announcing a winner has been selected for the Prize Draw (note that participants must change their names on Twitter, not their Twitter handles, in order to meet this criteria); and
(c) respond to a "call to action" tweet ("Post"), which will be posted by @KFC_UKI during the Prize Draw Period, by retweeting the Post with the hashtag “#HappyBirthdayColonel”; and
(d)Follow @KFC_UKI on Twitter during the Prize Draw Period.

7.Entries must be completed correctly and received by KFC during the Prize Draw Period to be eligible to win the Prize. All entries posted or received outside the Prize Draw Period will not be included in the Prize Draw.

8.There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per Twitter account. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Twitter account. Entrants are not permitted to create multiple Twitter accounts for the purpose of the Prize Draw. Entries generated by script, macro, mechanical or other automated means are prohibited and will cause disqualification. Multiple entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.

9.Participants must ensure that their entries:

(a)are responsive to the Post;
(b)are their own original work and do not infringe any third party rights (including without limitation in copyright, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or any other intellectual property rights);
(c)do not refer to or compare competitor products;
(d)are not defamatory or disparaging about KFC, its products or any other people, products or companies;
(e)do not include any brands, logos, trade marks or branded products (other than those relating to KFC);
(f)are not violent, obscene or offensive;
(g)do not depict alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons, or any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous or illegal;
(h)are not sexually explicit or suggestive;
(i)are in compliance with the rules, policies and terms of service of the platform where they are posted (i.e. Twitter) and all applicable laws, regulations and code rules (and would not place KFC in breach of any such rules, policies, terms of service or applicable laws, regulations and codes, as determined by KFC in its sole discretion); and
j)are otherwise suitable for presentation in a public forum (as determined by KFC in its sole discretion).

10.Entries which, in KFC's opinion may be deemed offensive, discriminatory, inappropriate, defamatory or which are unlawful or in breach of these Terms will not be accepted and will be disqualified.

11.KFC may, in its sole discretion, alter or remove any content posted on KFC's platforms or require any participant to alter or remove any content posted on their own feed or platform in connection with the Prize Draw.

12.KFC reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it believes not to be participating within the spirit of the promotion or suspects of participating in any unfair or unjust behaviour. KFC reserves the right to use its discretion in all respects and to enforce any penalty or sanction it deems appropriate.

13.Entrants understand that they are posting at their sole risk and that they are solely responsible for compliance with the rules, policies and terms of service of the platform where they are posting (i.e. Twitter).

14.Entries that are not submitted in accordance with these Terms and/or that are delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered, illegible or otherwise defective (or which KFC cannot identify due to the removal of the participants' tweet, the suspension or termination of the participant's Twitter account or their posts being filtered out of Twitter searches) will be disqualified.

15.KFC accepts no responsibility for entries that are illegible or lost, delayed, damaged or rendered invalid for any reason beyond its control.

16.KFC reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entries.

17.Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Prize Draw should be directed to KFC and not to Twitter.

18.This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Twitter. Twitter is completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Prize Draw. This Prize Draw is subject to Twitter's terms of service, which can be found at: https://help.twitter.com/en/rules-and-policies/twitter-rules.

19.If at any time you wish to withdraw from the Prize Draw your request should be made in writing to KFC at Orion Gate, Guildford Road, Woking, Surrey GU22 7NJ.

Selection of Winners

20.One (1) winner will be drawn at random from all valid and eligible entries received during the Prize Draw Period ("Winner").

21.The Winner will be selected on 10 September 2019.

22.The Winner will be notified via a direct message on Twitter. This notification will ask the Winner to confirm their age and include instructions on how the Winner can claim the Prize. Participants who have not won a Prize will not be notified.

23.The Winner must respond to this notification within 72 hours and provide a delivery address when requested in order to claim the Prize.

24.In the event the Prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the Winner; the Winner cannot accept the Prize; the Winner is not eligible for the Prize or has not complied with these Terms, KFC will award the Prize to a replacement winner selected in the same way as the original Winner.

Prize

25.The Winner will win one (1) year’s supply of KFC (“Prize”), which will solely consist of:
52 x “Chicken Cheque” vouchers (“Vouchers”). Each Voucher will entitle the Winner to 1 x regular size Fillet Burger Meal. Vouchers cannot be used for alternative KFC meals and/or products except where KFC discontinues the Fillet Burger Meal or it is unavailable for any reason, in which case an alternative of similar value will be selected at KFC’s sole discretion. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers can only be redeemed in participating stores – the Vouchers cannot be used for Delivery or KFC Collect. United Kingdom and Ireland only. All Vouchers will expire on 1st October 2020 and cannot be exchanged for cash or carried over if not used.

26.There is no alternative to any Prize, except in the event of circumstances outside KFC's reasonable control, when KFC reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute a similar or alternative Prize of equivalent or greater value.

27.The Prize will be posted to the postal address supplied by the Winner.

28.Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

29.The name and county of the Winner and the Prize won will (unless the Winner has objected on lawful grounds) be made available on receipt of a self-addressed pre-paid envelope received by KFC at Orion Gate, Guildford Road, Woking, Surrey GU22 7NJ before 10 November 2019.

Publicity

30.By entering into the Prize Draw, each entrant agrees that KFC may publish, use, edit, alter and duplicate the entry, including without limitation by retweeting the entry.

31.Any Winner may be required to take part in non-paid publicity or advertising relating to the Prize Draw, which may include having their photograph taken for promotional and/or press purposes.

General

32.Any decision of KFC is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

33.KFC reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Prize Draw and/or amend or alter these Terms in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, which it considers make it necessary for it to do so.

34.If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Prize Draw, these conditions will take precedence.

35.KFC accepts no responsibility or liability for (a) any entries which are not received due to the use of incorrect or inaccurate entry information, any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions, or for any other reason; (b) any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of the Prize Draw; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers used in any aspect of the operation of the Prize Draw; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet and/or any website; or (e) any injury or damage to any person’s computer(s) or mobile device(s) which may be related to or result from any attempt to participate in the Prize Draw or to download any materials in connection with the Prize Draw.

36.KFC will award the Prize as described in these Terms, but KFC accepts no responsibility or liability for the Winner's use of the Prize.

37.Any personal information supplied in connection with the Prize Draw will be used, shared and retained as set out in the Privacy Notice of KFC posted at https://www.kfc.co.uk/terms-conditions.

38.The Prize Draw and these Terms (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English courts. Consumers in Scotland and Northern Ireland may additionally bring an action in their home courts.

If you opt in to the use of your personal data for marketing purposes by the Promoter (or if you have separately opted in in the past), then the Promoter may use, disclose, share and retain your personal information in accordance with the Promoter's general privacy policy, which you can find at https://www.kfc.co.uk/privacy-policy. If you do not opt in to the use of your personal data for marketing purposes by the Promoter, then the Promoter will still need to use and share your personal data as set out in this privacy notice.

1.Your personal data will be held by Kentucky Fried Chicken (Great Britain) Limited (the "Promoter") and used for the purpose of administering the promotion, retweeting entries (at the discretion of the Promoter) and publicising the winner in accordance with the terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are the legal basis for the Promoter's processing. If you do not provide your personal data, the Promoter cannot process your entry into the promotion, cannot notify you if you are successful and cannot deliver the prize to you.

2.If you win the prize, then the Promoter will make your name and county available, as a winner, on the Promoter's Twitter page, website and/or to people requesting that information in accordance with the terms and conditions, in line with the Promoter's responsibilities under the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (the "CAP Code"). As provided in the CAP Code, you can object to us publishing or making available this information or reduce the amount of information published or made available. 3.The Promoter may ask you to sign a promotional release so that the Promoter may use your name, Twitter handle, county, and photographs or other recordings of you in the Promoter's publicity concerning the promotion and its products, including on (or in) the Promoter's social media pages, websites, press releases and advertising.

4.If you are not successful in winning a prize, the Promoter will delete your information once the prizes have been awarded and distributed and after the completion of any related publicity activities (or if there are any relevant complaints or issues relating to the promotion and if later, promptly after those complaints or issues have been resolved). If you are successful, then the Promoter will delete your information following the administration of prizes, completion of all delivery arrangements, and any related publicity activities (or if there are any relevant complaints or issues relating to the promotion and if later, promptly after those complaints or issues have been resolved). For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter will not delete any retweets or replies to your entry (you can delete your tweeted entry at any time but, if the promotion is not complete, this will remove your entry from the promotion and will mean that you cannot receive any prize).

5.The Promoter will not disclose or share your personal information with any third party other than those who are engaged by the Promoter to administer the promotion and fulfil the prizes and other than retweeting entries to the promotion on its Twitter feed. Your information may be sent to countries outside of the European Economic Area where the Promoter's (or its third parties') processing equipment is located in another country but the Promoter ensures that any transfer happens in accordance with the law.

6.Entrants have various rights with regard to the personal data which the Promoter holds about them:

•a right to request a copy of that information;
•a right to require that the Promoter erases your information (but note that this will automatically remove your entry from the promotion and, if you are a winner, will mean that you cannot receive or take up the prize);
•a right to amend your information; and
•the right to ask us to port (transfer) your information directly to you or another organisation.

13th December – 24th December 2019 (“Promotional Period”). Purchase necessary. GB, 18+ only. Scan your KFC App when purchasing any product in a participating KFC branded restaurant during the Promotional Period to be entered into a Daily Prize Draw. There are a total of 78 Prizes available to be won across the Promotional Period. Prizes shown are indicative images only. Max 1 entry per person per day. Full Terms and Conditions:

  1. This Promotion is only open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 or over, excluding: a. employees of the Promoter, or its holding or subsidiary companies; b. any franchisee of KFC; c. employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoters or their respective holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or d. the immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or "step" family) of (a)-(c) above.

  2. A maximum of one entry per person per day is permitted, irrespective of the number of Promotional Products purchased.

  3. Any entry must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted.

When submitting your details to register for the KFC app the first time (if relevant), you must use your full legal name. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity of any entrant including, but not limited to, asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days from the day of request) and to disqualify any entrant that uses multiple names and to require them to return any Prize that they may have won. Winner Selection: All valid entries received each day during the Promotion Period will be entered into a Daily Prize Draw that will be conducted within one (1) working day of the close of that relevant day. Prizes will be awarded according to a pre-determined order. The Daily Prize Draws will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.

  3. Winner Notification: The winners will be contacted via the email address associated with the winner’s KFC App within 2 working days of the relevant Winner Selection and will be required to follow the instructions in the email to claim their Prize, within 30 days of initial contact. In the event that a winner does not follow the instructions to claim their Prize within 30 days, or cannot take up the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and reallocate the Prize with no liability. Reallocated prize winners will be randomly selected in the same manner and may have less time to respond.   7. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.

  8. The Promoter and any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude our liability for death or personal injury as a result of our negligence.

  9. If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this shall not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.

  10. By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  11. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
